Prize Draw Rules
1. The prize is a pair of tickets to see Mamma Mia! at the Novello Theatre and a meal for 2 at Kalamaki Street Greek in Covent Garden up to the value of £50. The theatre tickets are valid for Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 7.30pm and Thursday 3pm performances from Monday 6 September to 25 November. Exclusions: w/c 25th October.
2. This prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter or Society of London Theatre / UK Theatre Association, their families or agents. This prize draw will be governed by English law.
3. The Promoter is UK Theatre Association / Society of London Theatre incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 0323204/527227 and with its registered office at 32 Rose Street, London WC2E 9ET.
4. The prize draw is free to enter. To enter the prize draw, you need to input your first name, last name and email address.
5. No responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for lost entries regardless of the cause or for entries not completed or received due to a technical fault or other issue.
6. Only one entry to the prize draw will be accepted per e-mail address.
7. The prize draw will run from 27 August 2021 to midnight on 7 September 2021 inclusive (the closing date).
8. The winner will be chosen by random draw from all entries received by the closing date.
9. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.
10. The winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the closing date. If there is no response from the winner within 7 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner in accordance with the process referred to in paragraph 7 above.
11. The Promoter's decision will be final and binding in every situation and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. The Promoter is under an obligation to publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter may publish the surname and county of prize winners or make such information available if requested to anyone who emails [email protected] within 7 days after the closing date. If you object to your surname and/or county being published or made available, please contact the Promoter by emailing [email protected]. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request. Unless you have also separately agreed to be added to the Official London Theatre monthly mailing list, we will only use your contact details to inform you if you are the winner and as otherwise envisaged in this paragraph 12.
13. If a prize is unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a substitute prize. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
14. By entering the prize draw, you agree to abide by the rules of the prize draw which include all instructions and these prize draw rules.
15. Stay is subject to availability at the time of booking and does not include black out/peak seasonal dates. Please be aware that for some hotels there are restrictions on Saturday night stays, so the winner may be required to suggest multiple dates.
16. All other costs and expenses, including but not limited to drinks, travel and room service, will be the responsibility of the winner.
17. The prize does not include additional expenses i.e. travel costs, room telephone costs etc. Any additional extras or persons will be charged on departure.
18. The promoter will not provide any refund or compensation in the event of any cancellation or postponement.
