- Sound amplification
- There is a Sennheiser induction loop installed in the auditorium which can be linked to a hearing aid to amplify sound from the stage. We can also provide headsets if required.
- Street to foyer
- Our box office is located on the ground floor as you enter the building on the corner of Walker’s Court and Peter Street. The box office has a hearing loop installed.

- You can access every floor of the building by lift.
- Bars
- A new cocktail bar, open daily in the heart of Soho. Nestled next to Cafe Kitty on the first floor of the venue, join us for classic, contemporary cocktails.
- Food
- Welcome to Cafe Kitty, the centre of all things gastronomic here at Underbelly Boulevard. Cafe Kitty is run by Kitty Fisher’s Group, the team behind acclaimed Kitty Fisher’s in Mayfair and Cora Pearl in Covent Garden, and renowned for their delicious food and superb, relaxed hospitality. Cafe Kitty will be open for lunch and dinner ‘till late in the evening, as befits its position in the very heart of Soho… Exclusive pre and post show menus will be available for those coming to see shows and tables can be booked at the same time as booking tickets.
- Toilets
- There is an accessible toilet located on the first and second floors of the venue. The doors open outwards and are wide enough for both manual and powered wheelchairs. Inside, there are fixed handrails and drop-down rails to assist with self-transfer between a wheelchair and the toilet. All handrails are colour-contrasting. There is a low-level sink installed.

The venue does not have its own parking facilities. We recommend travelling via public transport, however there are public parking options available in the vicinity.
