Wheelchairs: Our venue has two entrances, if you require step-free access into our facilities a member of our Front of House team will escort you to the ramped entrance on Maker’s Alley within Camden Market. However, please note that the gradient of this ramp is 1:9 and may be difficult to navigate. There are handrails entering the building, to aid in mobility. You will also find additional ramps throughout the venue. Please be aware that Camden Market’s streets are cobbled and this may prove difficult for wheelchair users.
Sound amplification: Please see a member of our team upon arrival if yourequire a hearing loop. Due to the uneven flooring throughout the venue, it maybe difficult to use canes and it is recommended that you bring either a carer or service animal. If you are bringing a service animal, we ask that you contact our ticketing team when purchasing your ticket. They can be emailed directly at [email protected]. We can then brief our team and actors who may have allergies. Service animals are allowed to stay with you and enterour bar areas.
