- Access for wheelchair users is via a ramped entrance to the rear of the theatre through a private car park (car park can be used by wheelchair patrons if booked in advance). 2 wheelchair spaces is in the third row by an entrance to the auditorium.

- LMain entrance is up 11 steps with 1 landing and through a single door. Box office is directly in the entrance. Bar area is on this level past the box office. Access to downstairs seating is done 7 steps with 1 landing and double swing doors. Access to upstairs seating is up 5 steps from the bar level and through 2 sets of double swing doors. Acces to main toilets is down 19 steps from the bar level with 2 landings. All stairs have handrails on both sides and steps are highlighted. The foyer opens 45 mins before the show and the auditorium about 30 mins before the show.
